We know choosing the right care for your Dog is a big decision & you probably have a few questions. Below you’ll find answers to the things we’re most commonly asked about how we work, what we offer, & what makes Gypsea Tails a little different.

If you’re curious about our holistic approach, nervous system–first care, or whether we’re the right fit for you & your Dog, this is a great place to start. AND… if you’re still unsure, we’re always happy to chat & guide you in the right direction.

A Little Before You Dive In

  • ABSOLUTELY NOT.

  • Our cancellation policy is 72 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the full fee.

    Our Operational Policies can be accessed under the 'Policies' tab in the footer menu.

  • 12 (& counting) active years. However I have been around Dogs my entire life.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot include aggressive Dogs into our Adventures, or allow them around for Dog Sitting due to the nature of our business.

    We do work with Dogs who are anxious & have limited social skills & need guidance on getting their confidence around Dogs/ Kids & other humans.

    We offer Dog Socialisation for Dogs who just need that extra support.

  • Yes, we do. It is an area we specialise in & our care is fantastic for Dogs who may be suffering from anxiety because the level of care they receive is close to 24/7 & so we can ensure they get the support they need.

    We also let you know if we spot behaviour that we feel requires further investigation from a trained Dog behaviouralist.

  • We sure do!!!

    We have all the relevant insurances to run this business professionally & we have our police clearances to show we are a reputable business.

  • We are open every day except Wednesdays & Sundays.

    Fees apply if exceptions are made.
